The wine event called BENVENUTO BRUNELLO, which is organised by the Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino, arrived now at its 25th edition. This event, that will take place on the 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th of February, will feature as protagonists the biggest part of the wineries from Montalcino, which produce one of best red wines in the world.
Among the participants, will be also present the winery Canalicchio – Franco Pacenti, that produces the famous Brunello since the sixties and to date has become a solid reality in the territory of Montalcino, thanks to the leading of Franco Pacenti and to the innovative contribute of his sons: Lisa, Serena and Lorenzo. The winery of the Pacenti’s family, during the first two days of the exhibition, will introduce to the press its new and actually on sale vintages: Brunello di Montalcino Docg 2012 and Rosso di Montalcino Doc 2015. Then, during the last two days, also Brunello di Montalcino Docg 2011 and Rosso di Montalcino Doc 2014 will be available for tasting. Just for the occasion, during this so awaited event, will be publicly shown for the first time also the new labels of these wines. So elegant and featuring a touch of contemporaneity given by the new generation, which is the new lifeblood of this winery.
The chosen location for this exhibition gives value to the historical places of Montalcino, that during these four days will be animated by the presence of numerous stands.
