How to reach us
We are located in the Val d’Orcia area, Unesco World Heritage Site since 2004, 10 minutes far from the historical center of Montalcino. Reachable in 45 minutes from Siena, 90 minutes from Firenze and 2.5 hours from Rome.

Yes, we always require a reservation in advance with full payment at least 48 hours earlier.
Our events will be the occasion to share the tour with other people and spend time together, for this reason we truly recommend to be strictly on time to guarantee our best service.
Winetours can be done in Italian or English, please advise us when you make your reservation!
Our wineshop is open during the events for purchases and shippings worldwide. Payment methods available: cash, bancomat and credit card.
For sure, we ship our wines worldwide with Ups and Fedex couriers, Italy as well with express service delivered within 24/48 hours.
We have a big and free parking area for cars, motorbikes, minivans and bus.
In case of bad weather, we will decide to move indoor or postpone the date.
Children until 18 years old will have their own price with a smaller menu and organic grape juice. In addition a small gift to be coloured.
We always suggest for our events in the olive grove and vineyards a comfort wearing with sport shoes suitable to the daily weather conditions.
For sure, at the moment of the reservation you can chose to buy a Wine Experience or make a gift to a friend. In this case you will get a gift voucher to show the day of the event.
Your dogs are well accepted, kept in a safety way, but they cannot enter in the cellar for the 15 minutes tour. Let us know it when you make your reservation!
Cancellation of the visit will be not possible, you will get a voucher that you can use to make a new reservation or a gift of the same price for a new Wine Experience at Franco Pacenti valid until 31/12/2023.
